How the site handles information you provide and how to manage your browser privacy choices.
Account and order information
When you register, the site processes your name, email, country or region and any organisation name you provide. Login credentials are stored as password hashes. Orders include contact details, shipping address, items, amounts and payment status for order management.
Payment information
Card payments use Stripe hosted checkout; PayPal payments use PayPal. The site does not ask you to enter card numbers or security codes directly. Payment methods become available only after configuration.
Browser storage and sessions
Your bag, language, currency, region and privacy choices are stored in your browser. Login sessions identify signed-in accounts. Clearing browser data resets your bag and preferences and may require you to sign in again.
Visit analytics
Choosing Allow analytics enables records of page visits, device categories, referral channels and shopping events to help us understand site use. Essential only disables general visit analytics; orders and payments still require operational records. IP addresses in the analytics database are truncated. Infrastructure and provider logs may follow different retention rules.
Professional enquiries
Enquiries process the organisation, contact name, email, country or region and message you provide so the team can follow up on your request. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
